Yoni suffered an elbow injury late 2008 and it took him almost a year to recover, by which time Andy form a partnership with Max Mirnyi. Afterwards Yoni's low ranking became a problem in some tournaments.
They do plan to get back together in the upcoming months.

I really hope Shahar picks up a MM title somewhere soon. I really want her to participate in Bali. She would qualify I'm pretty sure but she just needs to win a title.

the only MM she seems to be entered in is Osaka, so that would probably be her last and only chance to get into bali

What I remember is that before her Wimbledon debut appearance on 2005 Shahar said she emailed Murray and asked him if he would want to play mixed doubles with her. Murray agreed, and they played one match, which they lost.
Murray said it was very difficult for him to play mixed doubles because he was afraid to hurt one of the (female) players with his powerful shots.
Since then they haven't played together.
Despite what Murray said about mixed doubles he has played some mixed doubles after that experience: in Wimbledon 2006 and in the Hopman cup of 2010.

I never got the impression they were close either on or off court but who knows
