The cake maker obviously had a little confusion whether writing World, Wozniacki or Wolf.
Interesting point, I saw pictures of Caro, Dinara, Jelena, Kim ( when she was Slamless in 2003) posed with cakes, flowers in shape of # 1, but never seen anything similar from Serena, Justine, Venus, Lindsay? How could it be?
Congrats to Caroline ! She might not the best player in the world, but she is clearly right up there at the top. Her tennis ability to play good matches and being consistent can't be overlooked.

 I'd much rather have a GS trophy in my living room than multiple weeks at #1. I think if you were to ask #1-less slam winners if they'd give them up their title for a year at #1, I'm sure we'd all know the answer. Mary Pierce for example will have no sleepless nights because she had a career high of #3.
(And again, I think what Caro has done is a great achievement, and she deserves it)
