Even if you do pick Man Utd players, it's a win-win situation. They either do well and earn you points, or they fail miserably which is just as good IMO

Dammit, Holden is still injured. I drafted him anyway, since he's not only a 'merican, but a Texan, like Dempsey, who I also took.

And yes, the yellow hoops on the shirts and socks of Lena's Legion symbolize THE GOLDEN BANGS.

Did you go with Tim Howard or Brad Friedel in goal? I doubt either are your favourites considering neither have any hair, let alone bangs

Howard. I think Friedal's winding down--he seems to be doing a lot of commentary in the US, so I think he's planning on transitioning to the booth pretty soon. Guzan as a back up.

I suppose drafting Russians would have been more appropriate. But the Queen of Bangs will lead us to victory.

I picked Dzeko in my team. It will be interesting to see which striker(s) Mancini plays. I guess we will see who starts today.

I went with Dzeko too. Might've be a little optimistic after he scored in the Community Shield, but I'd still always pick him over Balotelli. Balotelli will probably lose as many points as he earns with bookings/sendings off.
