Mentally I'm quite weak. When a weak shot is returned to me I don't have the courage to hit it hard and take the risk of it going long, because it happens quite often. Also, my serve is a bit erratic, I have periods in a match where I serve very well and periods where the serve is absolutely hopeless. So not very consistent...

My biggest challenge in tennis is not to give a shit anymore about the scoreboard, I play much much better when I don't give a damn about anything.

What grip are you using? I've found that, for me, a continental right hand and my left hand one bevel counterclockwise to that works well.
