Re: Cheering thread - Next up: Fes!
I doubt she's playing. Yesterday she left from Moscow to Sochi and Mirza wished her a nice two weeks of rest after Charleston.

Re: Cheering thread - Next up: Fes!
Elena has a bad wrist. She was fortunate to get out of Charleston in 1 piece.
She needs a rest.
Big tournaments are coming up, be healthy then.

Re: Cheering thread - Back home in Sochi...
After Madrid she'll most likely be playing the 100k ITF in Prague, instead of Rome.
Prague's entry list came out and she is seeded 3 (after Kvitova and Zakopalova) with priority 1.

Not quite, she already announced it some time ago on Twitter. Even though she names it as one of her favorite cities, I guess she has seen enough of Rome ...

Re: Cheering thread - Back home in Sochi...
Pretty salty draw in Estoril. Barrois played well in Stuttgart, Alisa and Groth the top seeds
(1) Kleybanova vs. Govortsova
Pervak vs. Johansson
Arvidsson vs. Barrois
(WC) Luz vs. (6) Vesnina

She lost against Yanina Wickmayer in Paris in february. It was a very poor performance from Elena, at least in the second set. One month later, she won a great match against Yanina... But first she has to face Barbara Luz.

Re: Cheering thread - Estoril: R1 vs Luz!
Estoril, first round against MD-filler and cannon fodder Barbara Luz. With all respect to Barbara, only a double bagel in less than half an hour will do.
