Seems promising really. Njiric isn't that much better in the junior rankings eventhough she's 3 years ahead, and she's also quite good in the seniors already. So if we can judge based on this comparison...there it goes, I just jinxed her. Oh well...

^^ Thanks for the info. Her stats this year look really nice, of the three events that she's played, she won one and played the finals of the remaining two, losing both in three sets. Sure, those were not against the best juniors in the world, but still. Hope she starts winning more against those higher ranked juniors soon, her biggest win so far this year is against a girl ranked at #90 it seems. She is the youngest one inside the top80, but there are girls born the same year with a much better ranking currently (some even around #30).

Keep up the good work girl!

the top seed (ranked top30) was upset first round..i was hoping donna would play her in the semis

In R2 Donna beat Kathinka VON DEICHMANN 7-5 3-6 6-4. At least she won, but it was too close considering Von Deichmann is ranked #254 in juniors.

In the QF, Donna plays the #7 seed, Katy DUNNE (GBR). Good luck! Hope she can win b/c this is an excellent chance to make yet another final, since the other two seeds in the top half are out.

Donna also won in doubles R1: KORASHVILI (UKR) / VEKIC (CRO) defeated JAEGER (SUI) / REY (SUI) 6-0 Retired.

In the QF, they play the #4 seeds. Good luck, girls!

frankopan (croatian) is menager of bernard tomic. so, he is great. interesting, he said that young croatian borna coric is as good player like bernard was in his age or like andy murray in same age.
we have such a bright future: cilic, tomljanovic, coric, vekic etc.
