Re: Sori in Istanbul & Copenhagen
I'm so freaking happy to see Sori get her game back together - This is really promising for the rest of the year. Now Klara, tough, but I'm sure you can get this to 3.

Re: Sori in Istanbul & Copenhagen
Sorana lost 1 and 5. Was down 6-1 5-1 (with Klara serving for the match) before fighting back to 5-5, only to lose her serve to love at 5-6 with a doublefault at the end. I only watched the fightback, and she was hitting well, but judging from the stats Klara was playing very well at the beginning and hitting a lot of winners. Sori, meanwhile, hit few winners, which probably indicated Klara was on the attack most of the time. But if Sorana had played the way she was for the last part of the set I'm sure it would have been close.
Anyway, some better signs from Sorana this week.

Re: Sori in Istanbul & Copenhagen
This is another one of those matches when you too intense and harsh on yourself
But overall it was another good tournament going back on track

So you watched only the good parts
She was terrible! I think she had only 1 winner in the first set. She was all over the place.
The main problem was that she was sooooo grumpy right from the start, for no reason at all.
In this type of matches, on-court coaching could help her a lot.
Instead of shouting from the court - what she did.

Re: Sori in Istanbul & Copenhagen
I only saw the last point of the match
Bad day at the office for Sori
But a quarter final in Istanbul and now in Copenhagen. Hopefully she is on her way back and having a bit more confidence going into the US hardcourt season.

Re: Sori in Istanbul & Copenhagen
Yikes missed the match, Sori had a bad day then... great to see that she fought back from 5-1 in the 2nd set... she has had a great 2 weeks of play, I'ld love for her to get a shot at the Copenhague title or to the final but by the looks of it her game seems to go in a very good positive direction again and the rest of the season will be better why not brillant.
