Re: 2009-2010 College season
wow whats J Cohen thinking? Maybe she wants to play division II college tennis without pressure so she can focus on the pro tour? But, I thought she'd gone pro full time? I guess she still wants to finish her college education at the same time...
Any details?

Re: 2009-2010 College season
This is really bizarre. Three schools in three years, one of which is about as random as you can get, although they explain some connections in there. Can she just graduate already? This is actually getting kind of annoying

Re: 2009-2010 College season
My MIP of the year.
Nina Secerbegovic of Baylor.
I first saw her this season (can't exactly remember her play at NCAA last season. She played #5)
at Rivera and she was demolishing Pantic, #4 player of UCLA.
THAT was an impressive sight, I was quite surprised, 'cause Pantic was a good player..
Just found out that she lost only 2 matches so far,
to Remynse at Riviera and Ellis at Regional final.
She so far has PERFECT record in duals match.
She started at #3.
Now is #2, and STILL she is winning ALL matches, that's what, 12?
Might be the All Star singles #2 at NCAA if she keeps up her good work at Georgia..
P.S. Honorable mention; Dy, Muresan, Sanchez, Whoriskey, Ramos, Broosova..(Falconi should be MVP favorite)

Re: 2009-2010 College season
Does anyone know if Petukhova of Fresno State will play at WAC? In the last regular game she didn't even play, judging from the
scoresheet...is she injured?

Re: 2009-2010 College season
Just found out that Noemi Scharle haven't played ALL dual season singles except March 26th against
Hana Tomlijanovic of Univ of Virginia, at #4
I knew FSU had depth, they had a LOT of ranked players, but WITHOUT Scharle managing to be
ranked within 16th...is UNEXPECTED, to put it mildly.
Their notable wins are; against
#14 Lady Vols, #10 Duke..eh..that's all? are ACC teams overranked or what
USC despite defeating #9 Clemson...it looks like the loss to #22 ASU REALLY hurt their ranking..
