Okay... good news! In her third Ozzie challenger Nicolette qualified (after beating Alenka Hubacek 62 in third set).
She's now up against Richel in the first round... (Chapel Street, here's comes Nicolette! ) |

Nicolette was part of the Dutch team that trained yesterday and today for the FED Cup the squad was:
- Kiki Bertens
- Chayenne Ewijk
- Richel Hogenkamp
- Marlot Meddens (on vacation)
- Arantxa Rus (special training for injury)
- Nicole Thijssen
- Nicolette van Uitert

Think 2010 will be interesting year for Nicolette playing more ITF tournaments and after her impressive display against Richel in the Masters I am hopeful of positive year/results.
She starts her season off with a 10k in Glasgow starting 11th January and then to Wrexham on 18th.
