Okay. I was too sure I could resize it myself, now I did manage it make it 12 KB, but the requirement is 11 KB.

Can anyone please help make it smaller by 1 KB

If you use photoshop to resize, when you save the image, you have save it as a JPEG image to reduce file size, all the graphics makers on the forum save their big avatars as PNG files for higher quality, but for small avatars, PNG type is too big.

I do use Photoshop to resize -- but when I save it as JPEG, sometimes I have to lower the quality. When I save it as PNG, it's smaller (but couldn't get any smaller apparently ). Thanks for the advice!
