Eastbourne Junior Event

While the top women are preparing for Wimbledon this week in Eastbourne, several top juniors are playing an exhibition tournament alongside the women in Eastbourne. Here are some of the results according to a poster on britishtennis.net.

Curtis d. Watson in 2 sets
Watson d. Orlik 64 62
Curtis d. Vandeweghe 62 57 (11-9)
Windley d. Bogdan in 2 sets
Brook d. Windley ret. (heat stroke)
Robson d. Lalami 61 62
Robson d. Rompies 61 63

I hope these results are right but it's really horrible to hear about Jade! Hopefully she's ok!
Great wins for Laura. She's something else really!
Jade C. seems to be doing well.
Also, what a great win for Heather over Orlik, though I'm guessing she's not a grass lover!

Re: Eastbourne Junior Event

Here are some more results from the same person.
Robson d. Bodgan 63 64
Watson lost to Lertcheewakarn in a super tiebreak.
Vandeweghe and Orlik's match was a good one. He thinks Orlik won in the end.
Robson won against Windley. Last match he caught the super tiebreak. Couldn't beleive they were juniors. High quality tennis.
