Well, Dokic lost first set 6-0 to a nonamer and won the whole tournament after it.

Re: question - how many players won after losing the first set 6:0?

Hechingen, 2000:

A. Roesch def. E. Tatarkova 0-6,7-6,6-0

or:

Podgorica, 2006:

S. Zahlavova def. A. Roesch 0-6,7-6,6-3

Angelika has so or so like the craziest results

Or is this one posted before:

Doha, 2004:

Dokic def. Pratt 0-6,6-3,6-4

Re: question - how many players won after losing the first set 6:0?

I remember the Graf win over Arantxa in 92 French, when she lost first 6-0 everyone was thinking about the 91 SF won by ASV 6-0 6-2. But Steffi clearly won the last 2 sets.
Sabatini beat Graf in 91 Lipton (Miami) SFs 0-6 7-6 6-1, great win and spectacular play!
