Yeah, she is playing doubles with Sugi

It would be nice to see her in 3rd. Only tournament she is playing before AO is Auckland, where she won the title in 2005

. Obviously I missed her name, or she made late entry. But anyway, she has QF points to defend, so it is expected decision to play in Sydney

does anybody else feel like auckland is a very winnable tourney for katarina - especially how the draw has worked out.

also, if she did win in auckland, does anyone know if her seeding would change for aussie open? sydney, i think, may be harder but i still expect her to do well

Draw is out, [28] Srebotnik vs Lourdes Dominguez Lino

Nice first round, Kata should win this in 2.

Then in 2r will face either Anastasia Rodiorova or a Q

3r most probably Ivanovic.

She won't lose before... Her main problem is playing hard hitters... and Dominguez Lino or Rodionova aren't, or Rodionova isn't even mentally capable of beating a seed

A qualifier is questionable though.

She could do well against Ivanovic. As she proved it in Sydney.
