The Italian team for the semi-final of the Fed Cup against Slovakia in Gran Canaria is:
Farina-Elia, Schiavone, Grande and Vinci
The tie will be played on 30 and 31 October

Let's hope Silvia's back injury isn't too bad because Italy are relying on her to help pull them through the 2nd day against Slovakia
