Love the whole peaceful concept within Buddhism. The music was great too.

Well, I saw Breaking The Waves last Wednesday, but although the actors were speaking Scottish, it probably doesn't qualify as a foreign language.
Which means the last foreign language film I saw, was Lola Rennt on Monday. Not your typical German movie, but definitely worth watching. Franka Potente is of course great as always (eg. Der Krieger und die Kaiserin). Loved it.

call me lazy but I don't watch foreign films. If I wanted to read subtitles for 2 hours I'd read a book.

Pity, you'll never know what you're missing, I strongly believe that the best cinema right now in the world is made out of US. Right now the level of US cinema is a bit poor in comparison with the past

 Honey, there's a thing called 'learning a foreign language' if you're not keen on subtitles. That'll make your foreign move experience fantastic, enriching and twice as fun, not to mention give you the opportunity to appreciate the talent of the original cast as it is, without the filter subtitles and dubbing bring about.

hon, Sally has no time to learn a foreign language. Heck, after 7 years of Latin in high school and college many years ago I don't even remember much of that

The Israeli Movie "Beaufort" is an excellent one.
It shows the helplessness of Israeli soldiers keeping a post which nobody needs.
