One of the most promising Bulgarian players for the moment!

She's still 16 (born April 15, 1997) and got a CHR of 183 in Juniors earlier this year!

This week she played her 1st pro tournament ever in 10K Antalya and managed to qualify with wins over (successively) Jovana Petrovic, the top seed Evgeniya Svintsova :yeah: and Brenka Njuki, before falling 4 & 1 in R1 against Martina Kubicikova. So it's not bad at all! This week-end she will try again Antalya qualies. :) Best luck!

Looks like she has Macedonian origins :)

She is trainning at Justin Hennin academy in Belgieum.
Just won another 4 grade event in single and doubles partnering ex number 1 junior in the world Khromacheva.
Desi is now top 150 in juniors!!!

She's haughty and self-sufficient & can be really aggressive. Always with her father who's very nice.
For example :
She can come late at training and says nothing to excuse herself.
She can stop the training because the partner isn't enough strong for her.
Many times after losing at a tournament she left Belgium and went to Bulgaria without preventing the coaches.
She retired against Werbrouck in a national tournament because she was losing and pretended she was injured
...

But before she had really good results, she was really friendly and nice.

Strange !

Thank you for the info, i can't believe someone will swap coach as Patrick Simon to come back to Bulgaria, maybe she does not realize what she is doing. But anyway from your words it sound as she is a little bit spoiled....
