Ive just been watching Hercog and noticed I play a lot like her aside from her use of the double backhand. Big forehand, good use of the slice to move them around and mix it up, particularly the slice dtl and moving in. Like I said though difference is If I hit my backhand flat its one handed.

My fh and bh is Venus all the way. My game, well I attempt to play like Davenport minus a big serve because mines is crap. I hit hard and deep down the middle, especially on hot days because I hate all the running and my movement is crap anyway.

My game resembles Tsonga's the most. I've got a good serve (In comparison to the people i play against), Good Volleys, Good forehand, but a terrible backhand. My ROS is not so good either. So i guess that sounds like Tsonga

My on court attitude and demeanor is more comparable to Del Potro. Generally calm, don't get worked up, and i tend to show a lot of class during the handshake. I've even got a simular grunt to Del Po (Though i don't grunt often. Just when i'm behind, or it's a really close match, just to add some intensity to my shots)

I have a low ball toss on my serve. I like being the aggressor off of both wings. Can hit my forehand really big at times, but my backhand is definitely my more stable shot. Movement is probably my biggest strength. I can run for days and chase down pretty much anything.

I would say I play similar to Monfils or Andy Murray (sadly) :tears:

My on-court attitude: I get really pissed off, but I conceal it very well. I usually come across as relaxed/focused. I may say a few come on's every once in a while, but nothing too over the top. I talk to myself often. I usually never let nerves get to me in important moments of a match. I just come across as very stoic/serious.

I think my game has evolved so much in the past year. I've got a reliable and heavy forehand that I can flatten for speed but only with a 50/50 hot or miss frequency. My 2-handed backhand is my weapon ala Hantuchova (Indian Wells Final style) or Puig (during the Kerber match).

My two weaknesses have to be mental game and serve consistency. I still need to work on those. On a good day I can hold serve at 40-15 or at love ... but on a bad day ... 1 DF min per service game.

And I've got the speed/flexiblity of Clijsters...splits and all. :rocker2:

on HC and indoor I very much remind of Flavia, with a pretty powerful and accurate 1st serve and a so so 2nd serve, solid return and great movement. FH with a lot of spin, but solid and BH to finish off DTL.

on clay I just am an hopeless case, somewhat a reverse Niculescu with all slice BH and often slice FH and super topspin FH :sobbing:

look-wise I guess my movements look like Kerber's

I definitely suck on clay, must be the only Italian

I can compare with Jelena Jankovic, Masha and Kvitova... I tried to play with left hand and every forehand diagonal was in :) Touches every line. But my backhand is like Sharapova's. Serve I don't know, movement Jelena's and forehand I don't know... Maybe like Harrison's.. If i'm on my best. When I play really awful, it looks like Fail Michelle..

Harrison's forehand?! :hearts: I would love to play against you.

I'm also a brainless ball basher most of the time but if the other player is even more brainless than me I adopt a King Vulture attitude :oh: I really need to improve my serve though, one can't be a certified ball basher with such a shitty 120 kmh serve

Don't know about other aspects of my game but I played today and my two handed backhand was sweet and exact copy of the Williams sisters' open stance two handed backhand. I can go inside out, DTL or cross court with it - topspin or flat. I always hit like this but this is the most consistent I've ever been.

But alas, that's where the similarities end. :oh:

Forehand is not too bad but very loopy. I need to learn to flatten it out.

I'd say Kerber. Great movement and court coverage. A so-so serve, but it's pretty precise. But I also like body serves :hearts: I get down on my knees very often to retrieve the ball (like Radwanska also). Not much top spin (but sometimes I use it though, when I have many errors). Good change from defense to offense. And I'm hopeless against my opponents moonballing :hysteric: :crying2:
What's different is that I'm right-handed, and my swings are prettier

I do this too, always have. I'm always really surprised when people comment on it as it comes naturally!

Was it really almost a year since I posted this? .

Actually I've changed in the past year. While I still have a similar style to Aga, it's closer to Jankovic now (more aggressive than ever but not nearly enough). My forehands can either be okay or totally shitty :hysteric:, backhand is my best shot and I can hit both the open and closed stance from any position and hit winners if I try (although I play more like a counter puncher). Serves are improving but still a liability, volleys are good enough to be a doubles player but not a specialist like JJ :)oh:), and my foot speed is probably the best thing about me. Also my drop shots and lobs are similar to Oracle's but that's about as far as our similarities go these days.

I even bought JJ's racquet the other day :oh:
