Tennis Tipping – Fed Cup (ALL WORLD GROUPS)

What is Tennis Tipping?

In the game, participants pick the winners of all main draw matches and are placed in a knock-out system. That means each participant plays a different participant and whoever predicted the winner of most matches correctly, moves on to the next round. The same applies for doubles, but you're in a team format and your scores are combined.

- In case a player (i.e. the actual WTA Player) retires in a match, this match will not be counted. If players are replaced by a lucky loser after the start of Tennis Tipping, these matches will be cancelled.

How to Sign-Up:

Your team captain should send me his team selection and line-up through pm.

More information: http://www.tennisforum.com/showthread.php?p=14383865

How to send in picks:

Picks can be sent in as soon as the draws are ready. Remember, you pick a winner inevery match! Picks should be sent by PM, so that your opponent does not know your picks. Picks should be titled: [TT: Something, day #]. Picks can be sent in anytime until the beginning of play each day. If you're still in both singles & doubles, you use the same tips for both. For doubles, you still tip the WTA singles matches, not the doubles! No changes can be made after the play has started.

Good Luck! :cheer:

And the FAIL Award goes to.... :fiery:

I decided to give it a shot this year, but I don't think it was a right call... Earlier this year I didn't play anywhere, because Poland got bye really late. Now I had whole week with no fun at all.

Pretty much every tie has at least one match waiting on tomorrow so everyone can relax. I don't remember any Europeans volunteering to do Fed Cup in the beginning of the year so I'm sorry that the time difference clashes severely with my own, which is why I always put in in the OOP so you can see that. (HELLO today started at 2am for me.) Also, contrary to what I'm sure most of y'all are thinking, I also didn't oversleep today on purpose. I don't know why I feel the need to defend myself, but I invite you, and especially the ones that aren't even playing and have felt the need to come into here to attack me, to run FC in the future because I'm done.

Greece should be 2-0 up from yesterday (ISRs in come on lena's match) so that's ready for another bite next year.

Thanks Lacy :)

And to everyone who whinged and don't manage any games on here (about 90 % of those who complained) - can it.

Please don't use the time zone as an excuse for the late diffs. If a tournament is in a bad time zone for you, don't sign up for it.
Late diffs, late OOPs, no first page updates etc. have been a problem in all tournaments you managed since I joined this game.
