Well, casual tennis fans will always cheer for the opponent that is getting demolished, out of pity, that's pretty normal to me. But yeah, that's frustrating at times.
As for the Lucic fan's reaction, well he's a Lucic fan aka the epitome of ball bashing. You can't expect him to enjoy Monica's more subtle game.
