These kind of maps I get skeptical of sometimes (despite my earlier post) They often seem to promote Neo Liberalism.

For example recent HDI studies show Venezuela as being higher than Colombia, Peru and Brazil yet here it's below them and Ecuador has a HDI similar to Peru. Argentina and Chile have HDI's yet Neoliberal Chile beats Argentina here. Little suspect.

Also Ireland still ranks highly on HDI so my first post is still true
