I love doing sit ups! It's one of the few "enjoayable" things you can do in a gym!
ikr working out is terrible
I would love to work out like that, to enjoy it... but I have a chronic knee injury
and the main swimming pool of my city is closed.. the closest one is at 1 hour by bus from here... not worth it ...
Why don't you go for tennis or any other enjoyable sport ?
ohhhh well if you eat healthy mostly in a week, you can give in ! junk food or something is too good
just it shouldn't become a habit
and push ups?
