I will do some sits ups. Better than going for a run when it's snowing and icing on roads
I don't enjoy working out, but I do it twice a week! I try to eat healhty, but sometimes I give in and eat some things that I shouldn't
I love doing sit ups! It's one of the few "enjoayable" things you can do in a gym!
