This situation is a little complicated:

Le Figaro writes of a Lucerne tournament not finished due to rain (about foreign tournaments Le Figaro publishes with also a week of delay)
http://gallica.bnf.fr/ark:/12148/bpt6k296712g/f8.zoom

August 24-30, Lucerne, Switzerland (Clay)

SF: Lolette Payot d. Nelly Bamberger Neppach (Ger) 6-3 6-1
SF: Simone Barbier (Fra) d. Ilse Weihermann Friedleben (Ger) 6-4 1-6 7-5

FI: divided due to rain?

DF: Bella Dutton Pons (Esp)/Bamberger Neppach d. Barbier/Germaine Regnier Golding (Fra) 6-4 6-4

but on Tennisz és Golf and Wikipedia there is the final result, that coincides with above Geneva tournament:
http://epa.oszk.hu/02100/02127/00051...1_3_018_19.pdf
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1931_in_tennis
FI: Simone Barbier (Frn) d. Lolette Payot 1-6 8-6 6-2
(is possible that Le Figaro didn't write the news.)

Tennisz és Golf and Wikipedia seem reliable about Lucerne because:
- coincide with the Mixed of above Geneva tournament (but score 6-0 6-2)
- coincide with Men's singles news on Le Figaro
Moreover, the Doubles in Lucerne on Le Figaro coincides with above Geneva tournament, and finally Tennisz és Golf and Wikipedia have another tournament in Geneva, won by Payot against Friedleben.

So I think that we can believe that:

August 24-30, Lucerne, Switzerland (Clay)

SF: Lolette Payot d. Nelly Bamberger Neppach (Ger) 6-3 6-1
SF: Simone Barbier (Fra) d. Ilse Weihermann Friedleben (Ger) 6-4 1-6 7-5

FI: Simone Barbier (Fra) d. Lolette Payot 1-6 8-6 6-2

DF: Bella Dutton Pons (Esp)/Bamberger Neppach d. Barbier/Germaine Regnier Golding (Fra) 6-4 6-4

MX: Georges Glasser (Fra)/Lolette Payot d. Pierre Grandguillot (Fra)/Simone Barbier (Fra) 6-2 6-0 (or 6-0 6-2)

and

September, Geneva, Switzerland (Clay)

FI: Lolette Payot d. Ilse Weihermann Friedleben (Ger) 7-5 3-6 6-3

-----------

The Swiss International Champs. were played in Montreux, September 14-20.
See post #46
This denomination that Wikipedia gives to Geneva tournament is therefore wrong. (I have an honour roll of the Swiss International Champs. published by Swiss Federation, that gives that denomination for 1931 to Montreux tournament.)
