Well, Kawa can play pretty good dropshots and DTL backhand winners as well. Her game plan was to play a few high topspin balls to Tereza´s backhand in a row and then - when she finally got a shorter / weaker reply from Tereza - to go for a DTL backhand winner or an unexpected dropshot.

And it was a pretty clever strategy, since it worked very well for her.
