I think Maria was referring to Miami last year when Azarenka retired against wozniacki in Indian Wells with a hip injury but went on beating her in the final there. Like Michael Joyce said its time for the players to take responsibility for themselves because they are the person that know themselves the best in terms of health. If your not fit, then don't play and blame the rules. Azarenka and Wozniacki are way too stupid attending to the rules when paying fines can reduce their injuries.
