She's definitely past her peak but it would be silly to rule her out of winning another slam. I'm hesitant to say the Serena chapter is done based on two bad 2012 matches played while injured, one against a fearless Makarova in goat-mode, plus two others in 2011 against similarly goat-mode but higher ranked opponents.

Just watch her confound the critics by winning Wimby or the USO this year.
