I am older than a lot of people here. A player like Maria inspires me to enjoy watching tennis. I like a lot of the players. One of my favorites in another decade was Monica Seles.
I don't think you have to have a worshipful non questioning attitude about all the things these talented human beings do. But I don't believe a poll like this is a healthy thing. It comes too close to making hatred for people you do not know, something normal. It is not.
