The white eager shit sold in Western Europe, at least at the places I've been, is not yoghurt!!

It's just white, eager, shit (WES). The true yughurt is something else, and as a true Bulgarian, I am obsessed with it and can eat it with everything or just as it is. I cook dozens of dishes with yoghurt and it's absolutely great.
The WES, if it's decent, can be used for the same purposes but it's still better to add something and make the taste at least correct, though very few fruits actually go with the horrible taste of WES. I put generally strawberries and raspberries, they are ok
