I think it's a good decision to NOT play the Fed Cup,cause its in Moscow again.And it's on Hard courts I guess.Whenever she goes to Russia,she anyway does not play well and ends up getting sick for weeks,so it's a good decision to not go cause anyway Italy will be without Schiavone and Pennetta and Vera is playing so,should be easy for Russia.
