Bad news 100K GDF Suez Romania was canceled this year because financial difficulties of the main sponsor (GDF Suez). The tournament was suposed to be a WTA 220k event this year but insead they can't even hold a 100k event 
But there will be a 75k tournement in July 24 - August 1  called "Turneul Ruxandra Dragomir". All the expenses for this tournement will come from Ruxandra's pocket.
