Well, actually Delhi (Old Delhi) and New Delhi are the same city my dear Evren.
There are 2 sides of the city; Old Delhi and the Capital New Delhi. Old Delhi is the part where the real India lives while New Delhi is just a tricky way to show the country more modern and universal. It's like Istanbul and Budapest by having two parts but Delhis don't have bridges and we don't have that much cultural and socioeconomic differences between each other.
