Re: Video request thread

I haven't been in here in a long time, and I just now saw your request. I'll try to check it out next week, assuming no one checked this for you.

Re: Pros when they were kids

No problem with this photo. She's cute; she still has that same smile.

Anybody know how old is she in this photo, and in the one above with all the trophies on the display stand?

Re: Sexysova's TV Tuner Videos! | Australian Open 2011!!!

I didn't realize his website was gone. Have you tried PMing him thru his profile here?

I have some of his matches., generally Zvonareva & Cibulkova & Dementieva, maybe a couple others.

Re: Doha F: V. Zvonareva [2] def. C. Wozniacki [1] 6-4 6-4

Well, it's her 2nd big title. IW 2009 was bigger.

You're about 2 years behind the times.

Re: Sexysova's TV Tuner Videos! | Doha 2010!!!

Thanks for all you do for us; it's a lot of work to prepare these files.

I imagine you have a quality surge protector? Not too old? Or was it a non-surge related failure?

Re: Bombshell: Elena Dementieva Announces Her Retirement.

I like your video except for one thing: the "RIP" at 4:12 should go. Lena is still with us. The "Retired in Peace" is okay, but the "RIP" is too much. Other than that, a nice production. :wavey:

Re: Bombshell: Elena Dementieva Announces Her Retirement.

That's exactly right. Serena put her tribute on her website, which is fine. Oracene tweeted hers. There are so many methods of communication out there, we can't watch all of them and we really don't...

Re: Whose run in GS is the most inspirational?

This pretty much says it all. Jennifer for sure.

But Lena D's Olympic Gold is definitely the 2nd choice after Capriati.

Re: The One Woman That Can Stop Serena From Winning Wimbledon Is

Serena learned, but apparently most of you haven't, that this is the woman who can stop Serena from winning:

Re: Remember when Zvonareva was WTA's biggest emotional headcase?

Sorry, but this is just a stupid remark. Yes, Vera lost her temper in frustration, but it's hardly comparable to the situations of a few years ago when she was completely unable to recover from a...

Re: Why is Vera Zvonareva referred to as "Bepa"?

These threads appear and draw posters because our hottest players are on hiatus. Altho' 2 of my 2nd tier players just won their respective tournaments.
Besides, we're actually capable of...

Re: Why is Vera Zvonareva referred to as "Bepa"?

I haven't really tried it with many other players, but I think Vera is the only one whose full name can be written that way, i.e., simulating Cyrillic with an English keyboard. It might not be...

Re: Why is Vera Zvonareva referred to as "Bepa"?

This is exactly the whole point.

See above.

That must be a tongue-in-cheek comment. Your whole post is in flawless English. Unlike some of our English-speaking posters.

If someone really...

Re: 2005

Is there the remotest chance that someone taped the Memphis 2005 final between Vera Zvonareva and Meghann Shaughnessy?

It was an incredible match!

Re: The main cause of database errors we are now having

The database error screen contains a link that doesn't work -- the Contact Administrator or whatever it's label. It brings up an empty email form with no address in it.
