Pliskova seriously didn't bother moving her feet most of the time. She is relying on her power to pull some shots however didn't adjust her footwork and frankly a little immobile comparing to Maria....

Re: Zhuhai event shows why ATP ahead of WTA

There is no need to even have this event. The calendar was so much better with Tier 1 2 3 categories and YEC as the year end!

Re: Bencic would rather be No.1 than win a slam

At the end people remember Bartoli as Wimbledon champion, Na as two-slam champion and Sam as 2011 US open champion whilst Safina and Wozanicki is no.1 slamless. Deep down every player wants to be a...

Its not that bad comparing to other cities. However the fact that I can be second row in the middle just buying tickets the last minute tells a lot about the sales.

Re: Disappointing YEC Attendance

I know for a fact that the sponsor Usana or whatever it's called has held two big sessions in the corners which practically were empty whenever I was there. They didn't even bother giving tickets...

Re: WWW Singapore 2015 RR: Maria Sharapova vs. Flavia Pennetta

I'm sure Maria wants to win no matter in 2 or 3 she just wants to even the H2H. It's more like Radwanska is dependant on Maria's "feeling" on court. For sure Flavia is going to push Maria but I can...

Re: WTA chief Steve Simon claims fundamental calendar changes

The reason for this years vulturing the Asian tournament if they have not qualified for the YEC opps WTA finals. That's why they're chasing points even after the US open to make the cut off as they...

Re: WTA chief Steve Simon claims fundamental calendar changes

The bottom line is it's the responsibility of the players to schedule their tournaments properly so they have enough to time to train, play, rest and recover. No one is asking you to play every...

Re: The surface in Singapore is amazing...

In real life it was really really slow - balls just don't get hit through and allowing players like Radwanska to chase all of them down. The best approach is come to net and finish the point.

Re: Cake? What Cake? Worrying Marion Bartoli pictures surface.

If she can lose weight 'that' easily she should have done that during her career even though I still don't buy her father's advise to play the sport in her previous physique. She was clearly too...

Re: Tianjin SF: (2) Aga Radwańska PIGEONISES (3) Karolina Plíšková 6-3, 6-1

Pliskova just didn't have it. I guess Aga wanted more and it showed clearly in the match. Pliskova probably just enjoyed being a journeywoman and whoring around every tournament.

Re: Should an injured Pova withdraw from YEC?

She will be there probably will play one match or two and then withdraw. That tournament needs her to promote the event. The other "qualified" players are literally not worth paying for if you...

It was the right wrist at the Open but this time is the left one. It looked like she was fit but all of her issues are hidden. Why bother even travelling that far to Asia when she has a problem?
