Re: Tarpishchev to Sugarpova: if you don't play Fed cup, don't bother going to Rio'

Re: Does Tennis Australia need to adopt a stricter Wildcard policy?

There is nothing wrong with giving youngsters WCs and having them lose in R1 but the problem Tennis Australia currently has is that the pool of candidates is so small that the same players will...

Re: AO R1 SAISAI-GOAT d. Witthoeft 6-1 6-2

Less moonballing from Saisai and some nice down the line winners, but mainly she chased everything down and Carina would eventually make errors. 9 dfs from Witthoeft also didn't help.

Saisai 16...

Re: 2016 Outfits Thread

Lacoste are apparently no longer renewing any contracts or signing up new players. Not sure how long the few remaining players with them still have.

Re: Final AO WC goes to #383 Storm Sanders over 18yo Naomi Osaka

My main issue for the Sanders WC is the message it sends to the younger Aussies, who already choose not to play much overseas. The WC decisions show that players should prioritize Aussie ITFs or...

Re: Auckland R1: Hibino d. Duque-Marino 6-2 2-6 7-5

A bit. From matches I saw in Hua Hin & Tokyo 100K she was hitting more unforced errors than earlier in the summer, and was showing more negative emotion. It seemed like she was trying to force a...

Han is 25, she broke through at a pretty young age qualifying for the Australian Open in 2010 at 19, struggled for a while after that.
