Re: RG R3: Kaia Kanepi def. Caro "Have you gone to school?" Mooniacki 6-1, 6-7, 6-3

Poor Kanepi had to opponents: Wozniacki and herself. She was much better today than Wozniacki but barely managed to win against herself. I'm happy with her win at the end and I think next time...

Re: thread titles

I agree. Sometimes I would like to visit shortly here for results and check some comments and difficult to find the appropriate thread. I don't mind when the smart names are used in the post itself.

Re: Who is the worst player to reach top 5?

:topic:
Not directly related to the original topic but was there any player in the history who won Grand Slam or big tournaments with retirements only? I think an extremely lucky player has a chance...

Re: BOMBSHELL! US Open QF: Angelique Kerber def. [26] Flavia Pennetta 6-4, 4-6, 6-3

I didn't see her matches, but based on her results I believed Kerber is far from top player. Has she improved so much lately?

Re: Justine Henin calls it quits

I hope there will be not too much discussion about this one and any future second (third, fourth...) retirements. I don't like official retirement/comeback/retirement cycles. Sometimes I have the...

Re: Bombshell Caro's new boyfriend famous Danish poker player Gus Hansen is in the st

I read about it at a Hungarian news portal about 2 weeks ago but I didn't see anything here. So I believed it's just a fake story :) It mentioned Hansen missed even a big poker tournament at...

Re: Belgian tennis player suspects Henin in doping

We will never know the truth as nobody has interest to reveal it. But similar thing came to my mind when she retired. It would have been a correct handle by tennis association to move her out of...

Re: Who is the best slamless world #1? Jankovic, Safina or Wozniacki?

I think Wozniacki. Jankovic and Safina are also great players, when they are in form. But I think Wozniacki is much more trickier and I think she will be able to win even if she is not in form.

Re: What Has Dementieva Done To The Tennis GODS....

I think Dementieva is an excellent tennis player but cannot handle so well critical situations like her rivals.
She can be better at the closing stage of her career (maybe after a comeback) when she...

Re: US Open 4th Round: (1) Caroline Wozniacki BRUSHES ASIDE (14) Maria DF Pova 6-3, 6

Epic. Two strong wills. I always bow before Sharapova's fighting spirit even if she doesn't play her best.
Caroline Wozniacki looks like a champion.
I had the feeling the unstoppable rock hitting...

Re: Only 2 winners from WOZNIACKI in 6-0 set!!!

I assume it's not so important to have so many winners. It's not important the player is lucky, aggressive or boring. I assume each good players adapt her play against their opponents. I think only...

Re: Budapest R1: Anna Chakvetadze def. Mariya Koryttseva 62 60

Chakvetadze played well yesterday. She was more confident in return games (of course a lot of double faults by Koryttseva helped). But she didn't look like enjoying the game in spite of the result...

Re: At the Quarterfinal stage... who will win this years French Open?

Based on the results I think Nadia Petrova will win. She has beaten Aravane Rezai and I believed earlier Rezai will win...

Re: Madrid 3r: Caravane def. Petkovic 64 76(8)

I have seen only a part of this match, it was very enjoyable. Very good players with real fighting spirit, congratulation for both players :clap2:
