Re: Live Commentary Thread vol74

Garcia playing much better, and Timea has been awfully timid last few games. Garcia a good bet to get the break back here imo

Re: Alexandra Stevenson: "I have a Grand Slam title in me"

I watch and wager tennis up to 12 hours a day.

As a result, I have seen quite a few of Alexandra's matches on ITF streams the past few years. When I have seen her play she clearly does not have...

Re: Serena Williams vrs Stefan Kozlov?

Kozlov is very talented and can already hang with solid challenger players. Kozlov would beat Serena easily.

Re: Baku F: (5) Bojana Jovanovski vs (2) Elina Svitolina

Elina in 2. I have watched all if Bojana's matches this week and she is in very poor form. Elina is 100%

Re: Wimbledon R3: Zarina Diyas (GOAT) def Vera Zvonareva (WC) 7-6 (1) 3-6 6-3

Vera blew *5-4 40-0 in first. Diyas very clutch play to save bps in the third.

Re: Sydney R1: Madison Keys def. Simona Halep 61 64

Keys serves 38% for the match and wins easily.

Wow. Is Halep not in form, was Madison just that good, or was it something else?

Re: How should Radwanska approach her match against Li?

Hi Li, big fan here. I think you should handle Kanepi, but I am VERY worried against you playing Sabine in the SF.... Goodluck on Thursday.....Please don't underestimate Petra if you meet her in the...

Re: WTA Site photoshopping Kirilenko

WTA needs to stop this, so ridiculous.

Anyway, Maria looks hotter in the original.

Re: Madrid R3: [16] Ana Ivanovic def. Laura Robson 5-7 6-2 7-6 (5)

Not only a DF, but a horrible one - right into the middle of the net. Tough loss.

Re: No Thread? Acapulco QF: Cornet SURVIVES TEN MP's and def [7]LDL 3-6, 7-6(10), 7-6

Protoss, did she only save 9? I could be wrong, and it could have been only nine.

Perhaps I lost count and I apologize if I was mistaken. Either way, this was epic.

Re: No Thread? Acapulco QF: Cornet SURVIVES TEN MP's and def [7]LDL 3-6, 7-6(10), 7-6

It might have been more than 10. This match was truly unreal. I had a wager on it going three sets, so I was watching it VERY closely. She saved 7 in the second set, and a few more in the third.

Re: No Thread? Acapulco QF: Cornet SURVIVES [7]Dominguez Lino 3-6, 7-6(10), 7-6(2)

She had 10 mp overall that I counted, this is history. She had more than 5 MP in the second set, I believe she had 7.

Re: Cornet d. Lino 3-6, 7-6, 7-6.

Thank you for this thread Jorn.

Cornet saved at least TEN matchpoints this match that im 100% sure of. Several in the second set when forcing a tiebreak, many more in the second set tiebreak. She...

Re: Live Commentary Thread vol29

Why is there no thread for Cornet/Lino? I can't make one because I guess I don't have enough posts.

She just saved at least TEN matchpoints in the final two sets. It could be as high as 12.

Re: Live Commentary Thread vol29

Alize saved 10 matchpoints that I tracked, perhaps she saved more. If she pulls this off will it be the most ever?

Re: Petrova: Errani's tennis boring; Serena is a ‘true leader, young players unimpres

Calling her tennis boring is still disrespectful, imo. She could have used a word that didn't have a negative connotation associated with it to describe her game, but then again she isn't a native...

Re: Petrova: Errani's tennis boring; Serena is a ‘true leader, young players unimpres

It is refreshing to hear player's speak how they really feel when being interviewed and asked questions, as opposed to being politically correct and pretty much say nothing at all during an...

Re: Which players would be the most traumatized by reading TF?

I don't think anyone who has been successful on tour would be upset at anything said about their tennis game. They know at the end of the day tennis has given them alot, and they know they are a...

Re: Urszula Radwanska puling a star in Poland - doesn't want to play WTA Katowice

First and foremost, I'm not a "fan" of Urszula or her sister at all.

Thats said, I'm not sure why people are getting so upset about Urszula doing this. If she plays in Poland it will draw ALOT...

Re: Rebecca Marino calls time on her tennis career.

I just read an article about her a couple days ago regarding her return

Re: Does the Sharapova camp have to take a long hard look at itself?

I dislike and despise Sharapova more than anyone, she has screwed me over more than anyone in ATP or WTA in terms of making a profit wagering on her matches.

That said, she has only played two...

Any reason for her huge decline?

Re: Has Sharapova Broke Kvitova Mentally?

This thread is rather ridiculous.

I don't think Kvitova's decline has anything to do with Sharapova.

Most likely something to do with her personal life.
