Re: AO '16 QF: Kerber kills Azarenka's career 6-3 7-5

Very happy for Angie, hope she capitalizes on this opportunity, wins the SF, and acquits herself well against Serena.

Guest can just...I don't even know. Her serve was horrid, and her attitude is...

Re: AO R3 (21) Ekaterina Makarova def (9) Karolina Pliskova 6-3 6-2

Real talk, how is Pliskova ranked so high? There is nothing to her game except a serve. She has terrible movement and groundstrokes worse than Bouchard's.

Very hopeful she falls out of the top 10...

Re: WW AO4: CSN or GAVRILOVA??

Disgusted that Carla might vulture her way to a QF. :o I don't care who wins, as long as they flop hard to Hagatha.

Re: AO R2 Madison Brengle def Johanna Larsson 7-5 4-6 6-1

Only 5 replies? :o

Really really happy for Madison. She's definitely worked on her fitness, and it showed in some of those tough rallies in the last few games.

Re: AO R1: Bouchard def. Krunic 6-3 6-4

7 wins in Australia, I couldn't be happier. Go out and play well against Aga, that's all.

Re: Sydney Double F Hingis/Mirza 'miracle comeback' def Garcia/Mladenovic 1-6 7-5 10-

Yeah I don't think it will be an issue at the Australian really - they'll only be playing doubles and mixed, and should have sufficient time in between each match since the AO generally doesn't get...

Re: Sydney Double F Hingis/Mirza 'miracle comeback' def Garcia/Mladenovic 1-6 7-5 10-

What a match. :tape: Hingis and Mirza were both SO out of sorts for most of the match. Sania usually has great instincts from the baseline, and knows when to switch it up with a loopy shot or go down...

Re: Hobart SF: Genie Bouchard def. [2] Dominika Cibulkova 61 46 64

Very solid win for Genie, first time she's had 4 wins in a row since the AO last year and Wuhan in 2014. Great tournament for her regardless of how the final goes, but I'd love for her to drub Cornet...

Re: 2016 Outfits Thread

Sweet Jesus that is terrible. It's like one of those beach wraps that just cover your bikini.

Re: Hobart QF: Genie Bouchard def. [2] Camila Giorgi 6-3 6-2

7? 2 in Shenzen, 3 in Hobart + what am I missing?

Nice win Genie, keep chugging along :yeah:

Re: The 2016 Off-Court Photos Thread (Photo Shoots/Parties/Sponsor Events etc.) Vol.

We get it, you don't do anything fun in life. Don't get your panties knotted up when regular people know who celebrities are after your "who? they aren't important" schtick because they don't conform...

Re: Hobart R2: Genie Bouchard def. Alison Van Uytvanck 64 75

Ditto what Belmont Lad said. Would be nice to see her pick up the quality, but a win is a win at this point and we'll take it. :tape: Two consecutive wins at the AO would be a dream.

Re: Auckland F: Sloane Stephens [5] def. Julia Goerges 7-5 6-2

Very impressed with Sloane's composure this week. Hope she keeps it up.

Re: Brisbane SF : Hingis/Mirza def Klepac/Kudrayevtseva 6-3 7-5

Mirza was sloppy to start, but they zoned in and played well. Klepac and Alla weren't bad at all, and the second set was a pretty good tussle.

Re: Sharapova reportedly dumped for Nicole Scherzinger

Is no one else appalled at Nicole's choice to wear hideous "boyfriend" jeans that make her look like a female truck driver? :help:

Re: Serena Williams Sports Illustrated Sportsperson of 2015

It's factually incorrect, but fill your boots and ramble about whatever you want.

Re: Serena Williams Sports Illustrated Sportsperson of 2015

I was perfectly polite, and was merely pointing out that you should find something else to do than notice these "inconstancy's". :)

Re: Serena Williams Sports Illustrated Sportsperson of 2015

This is a ridiculous argument. Djokovic wasn't even in contention for the CYGS because he lost the SECOND major of the year. I hate this retrospective "he was closer than Serena" bullshit. If Novak...

Re: The 2015 Off Court Photos Thread (Photo Shoots/Parties/Sponsor Events etc.) Vol.

Serena and Venus look killer. Serena's dress is daring but she has the body to pull it off, and Venus looks very elegant.
