Re: Clijsters withdraws from Paris

If Dinara would have been diagnosed with CFS in November/December last year she wouldn't be playing now. :p
Someone with CFS may improve after a few months (not in two months), after many years, or...

Re: Clijsters withdraws from Paris

Don't care too much about his comments. This is the guy who posted that Safina had Chronic Fatigue Syndrom but didn't even know that it's called chronic fatigue syndrome and not medical fatigue...

Re: Who is the best player not to win an Olympic medal???

But the thread starter didn't specify the colour of medal.

If both singles and doubles can be taken into account I'd say Navratilova. But she made her choice not to take part in Olympics until...

Re: Clijsters withdraws from Paris

That's bad news but if Kim has to withdraw from a tournament I rather have to withdraw from Paris than Antwerp.
I hope she makes a strong come back at Diamond Games and wins it.

Re: Serena Speaks!!!!

That was a great read. I've always know she's a fantastic player but I didn't dig her that much as a person. I liking her more and more. She has matured so much. Thanks for posting the article. :yeah:

Re: Pat Cash apologizes-sort of

I agree.
I'm white and I don't understand this half-sister media thing at all. I mean think if both of them were adopted, what would media call them then? It doesn't matter whether you are blood...

Re: 2007 Roland Garros Winner?

I think it's a bit too early to predict it. I need to see how they play in the tournaments yet to come, clay season in particular.
Right now I'd say either Justine or Serena.

Re: Serena & Justine: should they divide the slams they play? ;)

I really hope they both remain healthy so we shall see. I have to say that I'm really looking for the next slams if they both are playing. I'd love to see those two battle it out in the final.

Re: Serena's last 2 tourneys wins have been the 05 & 07 AO!!!

If she plays like she did at AO she'll have more slams lining up for her this year. Those are the ones that really matter and are remembered.

Re: MSNBC Athletes of the Decades

Maybe so but the way things are progressing in tennis I'm sure that percentage will drop. :p

Not necessarily. It all depends on the sport.
