Re: Australian Open Skan (3 ATP + 3 WTA to build your team)

I had two :( Well, at least Nole was picked by almost everyone, but I had him on the first place

Re: AO R2: Lucic-Baroni def [3] Radwanska 6-3 6-2

Oh, Aga...

I only hope that will be her worst match of this season.

Mirjana was cruising. She was great, but Aga put very little...

Re: AO R1: Radwanska def Pironkova 6-1, 4-6, 6-1

Oh, come on, she won the set 6:4. That's hardly domination. And Aga was simply bad in that set.
Their H2H now is what? 10-3? Pirru is a good player, but she very rarely is able to beat Aga. In both...

Re: AO R1: Radwanska def Pironkova 6-1, 4-6, 6-1

Since 2009, when she lost to her sister in Dubai, Aga's only loss to a player from outside the top 100 came last year at Roland Garros, when she lost to... Pironkova, then ranked 102. Just sayin' :)

Re: The least injury-prone players?

Aga had at least two surgeries though - for a hand (2009) and for a foot (2010). After the second one there were doubts if she'll be able to recover for AO. She did and reached QF, which was a...

This photo is quite old though. And very unflattering.

Re: IMO, tennis should start using players first names

It would depend on the situation. For instance Petra could be called Ludmilla in the 1st set, Shitra in the 2nd and P3tra in the 3rd ;)

Re: WTA Finals SF: Kuznetsova vs. Cibulkova

Very interesting. A battle of two players who have shown very strong mentality in this tournament. Sveta may be to tired to beat motivated Cibulkova. I think she would prefer to face Keys.

Re: The 2016 Off-Court Photos Thread (Photo Shoots/Parties/Sponsor Events etc.) Vol.

She would if she didn't look so uncomfortable walking in this dress. It was as she was afraid that she may show too much.
I think that Garbi looked the best - simple, efortless elegance and...

Re: BREAKING - Azarenka pregnant!

I'm not the biggest Vika fan, but I wish all the best to her, her baby and the baby's father. If she decides to come back to tennis after having the baby, I may even start cheering for her :)
Mama...

Re: RG 4R: [102] Pironkova def. [2] Radwanska 26 63 63

Oh, Aga, just forget about this mess of the match, drink some hot tea, preferably with rum not to catch cold and think of grass :)

Pironkova in RG QF. Who would have thought? She knew she had...

Re: Is it time Mats Wilander was put out to pasture?

I like Mats. The only thing that annoys me sometimes is that he often treats women's tennis as a sort of side dish to the main course of the men's tennis. His knowledge of female players is very...

Re: RG 3R MESS: (2) Radwańska pigeonises (30) Strıcová 6-2, 6-7, 6-2

I wouldn't call this match a mess. It was entertaining, fun, and sometimes even funny :) Great fight from both players.

Re: 2016 AO SF: (1) Serena Williams polishes off (4) Radwanska 6-0 6-4

Oh, Aga... I don't mind you not winning this match, because your chances were low, but I mind you losing it in the locker room, not on the court. Because such a low first serve percent is on you, not...

Re: has a player besides Vika ever had 3 slam QF on record yet still not be top 10 ?

This. Most people liked the changes, but as I was saying from the start, the new system actually lowered the importance of the slams in the ranking (excluding the winner). Slam SF used to give the...

Re: AO '16 QF: Kerber def. Azarenka 6-3 7-5

I can see nothing wrong with Azarenka's press conference. It's actually more interesting than many other. She is honest and she's trying to actually answer the questions, not to end the conference as...

Re: Aussie Open: it's Skan Time !!!

Azarenka's loss means that there's no team left with 6 players.
I'm 25th. Why didn't I choose Raonić instead of that mug Janowicz? But I have still Aga, Nole, Andy and Angie standing :) My...

I like it. I think it suits her personality.
It seems that Natalie Dormer set a trend :)

Re: WWW Melbourne SF: (1) Serena Williams vs (4) Aga Radwańska

I want an Aga-Angie final! That would be the best thing since ever :)
