Re: USO 2R: Serbian Sensation [Q] KRUNIC Shocks [27] KEYS 76 26 75

I've seen a bit of Krunic in the past and she has a very stylish game but looked quite lazy sometimes and a bit of a lightweight mentally but yesterday her attitude looked a lot better. She has a...

Re: IW QFR: Mirjana Lucic-B. d. Steffi Voegele But both in MD!

You'd be gutted to lose to Lucic, If I was Voegele probably wouldn't bother leaving the hotel for a few days.

Re: Aga replaces NA LI in HK

Such a pointless exercise aga. How about spend some time practicing for IW and Miami rather than waste time on this.

Re: Florianopolis R2 (5) Rybarikova def Garcia Vidagany 6-4 3-6 6-4

First time i've seen Beatrix Garcia Vidagany or BGV and I was quite impressed she's got a really nice forehand and has touch and variety but consistancy looks to be the main issue if she's to...

Re: Should Fed Cup Change its Format?

Actually you make it a 4 year event, where the fed cup slots you have now would be for qualifiers and then after the 4 years the top 32 would go into a final tournament like the world cup. Crucially...

Re: Should Fed Cup Change its Format?

I would almost make the fed cup like a world cup. Choose a slot of 2 weeks in the year, have the best 32 teams in the world with a group stage and then knockout. The venue would change every year....

Re: What made Azarenka successful?

But crucially Wozniacki dosen't have the power that Azrenka has.

Re: What made Azarenka successful?

It's simple hard work, dedication and immense focus and willpower to suceed, it certainly isn't be talent because she does lack in that department.

Re: Ági SZÁVAY announces her retirement [updated with the English statement - post #1

Although it looked inevitable it's still very sad, I would echo a lot of the comments she was a rare talent so graceful and made the game look incredibly easy. If she had stayed fit I believe she had...

Re: Pattaya SF: Kirilenko Steamrolls over Cirstea 6-0 6-2

That was the first time I've seen Cirstea in a while and she just hasn't improved, she still dosen't think about what she's doing and actually her movement around the court is poor, she's not...

Re: Greg Garber(ESPN): "Petra Kvitova - the biggest disappointment"

Definitely agree that Petra has been rather unwhelming this year, after last year I though she would kick on and be the dominant force this year instead she's slowly become less and less effective,...

Re: So, who thinks the 4th rd. matchups in the bottom half are exciting?

I do really enjoy watching Vinci play amazing natural talent but I can't agree with you in fact the opposite is true the big hitters can hit aga off the court (azarenka, sharapova, li) she can...

Re: So, who thinks the 4th rd. matchups in the bottom half are exciting?

I'm interested to know why people think Roberta can beat aga, I do love watching Roberta but she dosen't have any weapons to trouble aga. Should be a really good match to watch plenty or skill,...

Re: USO QR3: Nastassja Burnett def Jana Cepelova 6-3 6-3

Much needed as far as Italian tennis is concerned, they need some good back up for the big 4.

Re: USO QFR: (1)Rybarikova d. Sevastova 6-7 7-5 6-2

Great to see Rybarikova fit and in good form, it's a rare sight. Everytime I see her she look's like a quality player with lot's of variety, it's a shame her body seems to be made out of glass.

Re: Sloan Stephens hit by Gilles Simon

Totally agree with what Stosur says. Some men's matches can go on for 5 hours with about a million aces and tedious baseline rallies - I wouldn't want to pay for that.

Re: Wimbledon QF:Queen Vulture A.Radwanska def. Princess Vulture M Kirilenko 75 46 75

Although Aga won she is still too passive. I would fear for her if she got to the final and I think it would be terrible final if she played Azarenka. In a perverse kind of way it may be better for...

I assume that's men and women

A. Radwanska
U. Radwanska
S. Zaniewska
L. Kubot

Re: Pliskies: First time identical twins together in the singles main draw of a Slam?

It's about time they both have started to do something because they both have amazing natural power and ability but they need to work on their movement. I would describe them both as pedestrian...

Re: Sharapova's Gamble - Will It Pay Off or End In Tears?

I think she'll be fine. It would take a very good player to give her any problems early on. She's good enough that she can use the first few rounds as a warm up. Sharapova has generally been very...

Re: Birmingham QF: (Q) Zheng Jie d. (4) Roberta Vinci 63 57 64

Really poor from Vinci just couldn't seem to get any forehands in court. When she had break point chances she kept hitting the returns out of the game. It's a really bad time for her to lose form as...
