Re: Can Kerber's success save Petkivic's career?

Petko is a true team player, very supportive and friendly to others - but not that much to herself. That's her main problem. I hope Angie's success can give her more confidence.

Re: Wimbledon R2 Tatjana Maria def (Q) Ying-Ying 'Real Golden Flower'' Duan 1-6 6-2 1

Thanks.
It sounds like it's prohibited to play like Tadde does. IMO she plays smart, reads the opponent's game and makes the best out of her opportunities. I like to see this way more than dumb...

Re: Wimbledon R2 Tatjana Maria def (Q) Ying-Ying 'Real Golden Flower'' Duan 1-6 6-2 1

No. Her grunting is the most disgusting I've ever heard and her fan's screaming was even more disrespectful. No offense to your opinion but she totally lost me today.

Happy for Tadde though. Just...

Re: RG R1: Annika Beck def. [14]Agnieszka Radwanska 6:2 3:6 6:1

I've never been a fan of Aga, but to see such a talented player play like this is just sad. There's a lot of stuff she needs to bring together again.

Huge respect for Anni though. Without any...

Re: Antwerp R2: (3) Petkovic wins marathon def. (WC) Van Uytvanck 6-7 (7-9) 7-6 (7-5)

important win for petko, should give her confidence for the tour again. she can crack the top 10 again next week.

Re: Luxembourg F: Anni Beck def. Barbora Z.Strycova [4], 6-2 6-1 for 1st WTA title

Kinda annoyed by the hate. Fans can fall themselves lucky that there are still different styles of players out there.
Happy for a focused and patient and very sympathetic Annika! :worship:

Re: WWW RG 3rd Round: Lisicki vs Errani: Will Sabine selfdestruct?

This. Errani of course is a very very good player, not only on clay courts. Even though Sabine has the skills to defeat her, she played well here so far so I guess she has a chance, but she needs to...

Re: Paris R2: Mona Barthel def. (5) Roberta Vinci 46 61 63

Very respectful words from Roby, I like! :worship:

If Mona continues playing like in that second set and in parts of the third she could win the whole thing. Besides Melbourne a pretty good start...

She had some tough matches in this year's Wimbledon first rounds too. Maybe it's a good omen. ;)

Re: Copenhagen R2: Kerber def. Keothavong 4-6 6-3 6-3

A year ago Angie would have lost this in two easy sets.
It's good to see that she's now able to fight through and win matches even if she plays poorly as she did today.
She has to improve against...

Re: How far can Angie go??

Petko won't play Miami, she's injured.

Angie has almost nothing to defend til August, so she's in a good position to become a top 10 player. If she keeps the form that she's having right now she...
