Na to continue streak for beating defending champs in slam final?
 

The first time she won the slam, she beat defending champ Schiavone in RG 2011.
Now she has another chance to duplicate that success. Will she do it?:cheer:

Another note is that she will beat 5 seeded players in a row if she wins the title, better than she did in RG'11 (but RG'11 was more impressive as she beat 4 top 10 seeds in a row: Kvitova, Azarenka, Sharapova and Schiavone). Her stint here will be Cirstea, Goerges, Radwanska, Sharapova and Azarenka(tbc).:cheer:
