Welcome (Back) To The SEWTA Top 10: Marion Bartoli (Our Princess Karolina OUT)

after the Australian Open Marion returns to the SEWTA top 10 :hearts:

kind of fitting as she is the only one from the top 12 that didn't get to play at either Istanbul or Sofia :awww:

I actually like Marion but she is not top 10 player. Unlike Woz.

I think eventually Kirilenko and Ivanovic will replace Bartoli and Errani in the Top 10.

IMO, both Makiri and Ana are hardly top 20 (though Ana was definitely top 5 before her injuries).

P.S. Those faces in top 10 really show how weak WTA is now.

Honestly right now Wozniacki is a bit underranked.

Her losses to Pervak and Kuznetsova (2x) were certainly of higher quality than the sh*t Errani, Stosur and Kvitova have put out there this year. Errani played one good set against Hantuchova, Stosur one against Zheng and Kvitova not even that.

Caroline has it in her to make swift return. If she will succeed that may even fuel her return not only to top 10 by giving her more confidence that she so desperately missing.

Even if we assume VIP and Kiri are getting better and better - I don't think they are hard-working enough to consistently perform at their peak level and shoot up the rankings. So I don't see them replacing the Corsican any time soon.
