Veronika Kudermetova
iPatty and I decided to start this thread. :p Veronika is yet another Russian superstar in the making! She was born on 24th April 1997 so she's 15 years old.
Veronika's currently unranked on the WTA tour. She made her professional debut at the end of last year and lost in qualifying of $50,000+H Kazan and $75,000 Dubai. In March this year she qualified for $25,000 Moscow and lost in the first round. On the ITF Junior circuit Veronika's currently ranked #86 with a career high of #75 just a couple of weeks ago. She's the 4th highest ranked 1997 girl after Abanda, Bencic and Kasatkina. She's ranked #32 on the Tennis Europe U16 rankings (her career high is #19). In 2011 Veronika won four G4 events, at the Alex Podolsky ITF Junior Tournament, Governor Cup, Fergana Cup and TaTS Open. In 2012 she reached the final of G1 Czech International Junior Championships in Prerov, Czech Republic, where she lost to Bencic. Last month she reached the quarterfinals of two G2 events in Spain. |

Re: Veronika Kudermetova
Thanks for starting this. :yeah:
I was impressed with Veronika since I saw a short clip of her playing at Les Petits As so I'm not surprised she's finding success so early in her career. I think it's interesting that she hasn't even played a 10K yet and if she keeps this up she might not ever have to... |
Re: Veronika Kudermetova
:cheer: saw a bit of her playing. I've been looking for a prodigy and it looks like she has game, and she seems to be a Masha fan too :hearts: quite a few photos with her. keen to follow her progress.

Re: Veronika Kudermetova
Today on the match Veronica Kudermetova was very pleased to see her father - a famous hockey player in the past, Eduard Kudermetov.
It was a little strange. It's one thing to see on TV as he is attacking hockey rivalry gates, and more - watch the match his daughter :) |
Re: Veronika Kudermetova
 Subscribing! Looks like it's been an amazing week for her :worship:
And I like her name! :hearts: :p |
