Nice match overall. In the 2nd set Yanina had 5 BPs, couldn't convert any. Kvitova had just 1, used it and it made the difference. In 3rd there was not much left in the tank it seemed:[
Really a shame, I find Kvitova quite annoying at times:(

In other threads it was posted that Schiavone and Nina WD from Stuttgart. They are still in the draw though according to the official tournament website and WTA site :scared: :confused:

I'm pretty sure Wickmayer won't play. She looked pretty tired during the FC doubles, and she got a very bad draw in Stuttgart (2R against Wozniacki, possibly followed by Kvitova/Jankovic). It's probably a good decision to take a week off and rest that knee.

Missed the week-end Fed Cup action because I was sick,but so gutted Yanina and Belgium lost :( :hug:

Also sad she had to withdraw for Stuttgart,who doesn´t love this tournament?But get well soon,I wanna see you healthy in Madrid :)

I´ll attend both Sunday,when she´s likely to play her 1st round,and Monday,so hopefully I´ll bring her some luck :angel:.Also photos,reports and maybe videos :)

She will play tomorrow vs. Makarova ;)

I am dying to see her live :sobbing:. I saw her practice at the US Open but she was so far away so I could see her hitting the ball from far away and I could see from her racket that it was her but I couldn't really tell so I went closer but the court is surrounded by trees so I couldn't see her but I could hear her grunts and then I knew for sure that it was her and then I went back to where I was before and I watched a little more but then I left because I couldn't really tell what was going on :(. But hopefully this year I'll get to go to one of her matches :D
