US Open trophies
 

When did the US Open get new trophies for the singles winners? I noticed that the 1967 trophies are nothing like what's presented now. I wonder what happened to the old ones.

1968 or 1969. Margaret Court had the trophy that is still used today when she won in 1969. There are no pics for 1968 of Virginia Wade. I'd assume for the Open Era they got the new trophies, but not sure:)

EDIT: Finally found a picture of Virginia Wade with the today trophy, so the answer is 1968:)

What about the Coupe Suzanne Lenglen? When did that get given to the players, it's either 1978, 1979 or 1980.

Here is Chris with it in 1980 and in 1977, Mima Jausovec had the old trophy. Leaving the options to be 1978, 1979 and 1980.

^Bump. I am actually trying to find out the years that all the current trophies were first used. So any help would be great.

Roland Garros
Singles - 1979 or 1980
Doubles - 1988-1996
Mixed - 1989-1996 (1994 Boogert has replica)

Wimbledon
Singles - 1886
Doubles - 1949 (2 trophies used since 2001)
Mixed - at least 1967 (2 trophies used since 2001)

US Open
Singles - 1968
Doubles - at least 1971
Mixed - at least 1984
