News on Emily Webley-Smith
 
what is it with threads going missing? once again i have searched for it on google, in quite a few different ways. the stupid thing is, is that threads only go missing in strawberries & cream.:rolleyes:

anyway. emily is through to the semi finals of $10k New Delhi, India dropping just 7 games in 3 matches. (her second round was 60 60). She faces Lakhani for a spot in the final.:)

Seeded third (and the highest seed left in the tournament), Emily Webley-Smith has reached the quarter-finals of Darwin II, where she will play Sacha Jones, the sixth seed and a semi-finalist in Darwin I, for a semi-final against either seventh seed Sally Peers, runner-up of Darwin I, or Alicia Molik, winner of Darwin I.

Alicia Molik beat Emily Webley-Smith and Sacha Jones by the same score in Darwin I. So it should be a very interesting quarter-final.
