How many Lucky losers have made it to a quarterfinal or better in a WTA event? Has one ever won one?

I remember Anna Ivanovic def. Melinda Czink in final round of qualies in Canberra 2005 before they met again in the final,that means Melinda reached the final as a LL

Virginie Razzano's first two SF were as a LL in Sarrasota and Luxemburg in 2002, I think

Also interesting to notice that Maria José Gaidano from Argentina made it to the round of 16 at 1993 US Open as a lucky loser

That got me thinking, but also I was reading an interview online and one of the coaches mentioned how the game is not over even when you lose a match as many LL have gone far in tournaments and some have even won. But I haven't been able to find out who has won any WTA tournies as a LL.

Thanks to the withdrawal of another María José...Mary Joe Fernández :p

And the reason she went that far is because play had already started and seeds stayed the same so she took Mary Joe's spot in the draw. Back then there were just 16 seeds in Grand Slams so she didn't have to play any big player ;)

Someone who has never won a WTA title.

Stakhovsky's win today got me curious, and I went to check what I thought was the lone instance of a LL winning a title on the WTA.

My source for Kay McDaniel winning a title as a LL was the Victory Records (Open Era) section of the tour's official media guide, from where it has found its way to blogs and lists of assorted oddities about the Tour.

But Kay McDaniel isn't featured on the full list of Open Era Tour Singles Champions later on in the same guide, and the list of Tournament Finals gives Mandlikova as the 1980 Atlanta champion, which is confirmed by the ITF website:
