I'd say she's pretty deserving of her own thread as the 12s winner of the Eddier Herr International. She is in the semis of the 12s Orange Bowl and faces her rival Jessica Ren also of Britain. May the best girl win! :D

Laura didn't play her match for 3rd/4th place so she just conceded third place to Michelle Dandik, whom she beat in straight sets at the Eddie Herr a couple weeks ago! :sad:

Another good tournament for Laura. Hopefully we will see her play some ITF junior events in 2007 and start the long journey.

Laura is making her ITF junior debut in Sweden this week and is in the final round of qualifying after an easy 60 60 win! Go Laura! Make this debut special! ;)

Wonder if she'll come to the UK to play the 2 grade 5's and one grade 4over the summer. She could even play the 2 irish grade 's aswell.

Laura's into the quarterfinal after a 64 63 win! :D Her first tournament and a already a quarterfinal! :bounce: She has a tough match next though against the number 1 seed Magnusson. It would be great though if she could win! Go Laura! :)

Laura lost her quarterfinal match 64 36 64! :sad: Great debut and good effort against a player who had made back to back grade 5 finals, winning one of them! Keep this up and you'll be winning junior Wimbledon this year! :p

I think this thread is ready to get going seriously as Laura has been a star this year as the highest ranked 1994 player in the ITF junior rankings at 301! She is currently playing in the Eddie Herr International in the 14s division as the #1 seed! She is through to the round of 16 after 2 comprehensive wins. She faces the in-form Yulia Putintseva for a spot in the quarterfinal! Laura should win seeing as she's older and has been in such good form but Putintseva did just win a grade 1 under 14 event in Russia beating none other than Daria Gavrilova in the final! Keep it up Laura and make it back-to-back titles here in Florida!

Laura is through to the final after beating Jacqueline Crawford 61 60 in the semis. She faces Monica Puig in the finals and will be a heavy favourite to win it all! Go Laura! :bounce:
