The main draw will take place Tuesday, August 23rd through Saturday, August 27th. The 16-woman draw will be available on the Club web site www.foresthillstennis.com. Played on hard courts, in the Club’s historic stadium, the tournament is a warm up to the US Open, played August 29th-September 11th. First round main draw play begins at 10:00 am, Tuesday, August 23rd. Semi-finals competition will begin in the afternoon on Friday, August 26th. I'm growing very fond if it.
has a private tourny feel to it, but with pro status. I hope they somehow get a top10 player next year and give it a prestigious touch. the lack of likhovtseva and bartoli this year weakens the feel alot. |
